Real Metal is a family company founded back in 2004 under the name SZR Žile.

Then, with over 15 years of experience in the metal processing industry, it was founded by Života Živković. From year to year, the company continues to develop with an increase in the volume of work. With higher education and experience gained working with his father, son Stefan takes over the company in 2021 and the company is named Real Metal. They combine youth and experience, continuing their development in the mechanical industry.

CNC machining by milling

Milling machines are machines on which material is processed by cutting, removing shavings by the milling process. On milling machines, with the help of suitable cutting tools, the milling machine can perform a large number of operations such as:

Machining by turning

- cutting and cutting of various channels

Electro-erosion processing

Electro-erosion processing is one of the non-conventional methods of processing, which consists in electric erosion, in the removal of metal parts of the material during an electric discharge between the electrodes. Electrodes (tool and workpiece) are located in the working fluid, dielectric (technical water, mineral oil, etc.) at a distance of 0.025 to 0.05 mm.

Machining by grinding

Grinding is a process of fine finishing of surfaces, previously processed by some of the methods: scraping, drilling, milling. Grinding processing is performed in order to improve the accuracy and quality of the surface treatment. Almost all materials can be processed by grinding.
